It is an ideal place for us to stay as our flight schedule always necessitates that we stay overnight and take a very early flight out. The convenience of the bus service, the nearness, and price fit the ticket for us. It is always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. -

Hotel is about 7 minutes walking from Shinjuku Station and in front of Tochomae Subway Station. Most of the staff speak English.

It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.

The hotel has many wings and rooms with different profiles. The cheaper ones are standard Japanese business hotels, i.e. very small, cheap, functional. The more expensive ones give more space and luxury. Both offer good (if not extraordinary) value for money IMHO.
The unique selling point of this hotel is that it's a 3min walk from Shinagawa station from which you can get Shinkansen to Kyoto/Osaka, and Yamanote for pretty much anywhere.

The hotel was really excellent in all aspects. It was a 10 min walk from the Shinagawa station on JR line providing easy access to the city areas like Harujuku,Tokyo Station, Shinjuku without the hassle of changing to another Metro line. The gardens were so beautiful and relaxing! Staff was wonderful, spoke
excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in
our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet
breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western &
Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa
station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So
very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

Lage: tolles Wohngebiet mit vielen nicht touristischen Restaurant. Ca 7 Minuten zu Fuss zur nächsten Metro Station. Wir fanden die Lage toll.
Wohnung: sehr gut eingerichtet für Familie mit 2 kleineren Kindern (2 Schlafzimmer). Es fehlt an keine technischen Geräten (sogar Computer mit Wifi und zBsp Beamer-TV). Ausgesprochen ruhig!
