  It's a nice place to enjoy your trip! Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food. Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food. They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel ! Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough . We don't know about food, because we didn't taste - Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station, one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku. Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help. Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is typical in all of Japan. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.
