My wife and I also made full use of the free bicycles in our exploration of the main sights in lovely Kanazawa. Our one dinner and three breakfasts were plentiful and good quality traditional Japanese. Our room with private toilet was spacious and quiet. Even with three mattresses I still found the bed hard but wanted to experience the traditional ryokan. I would recommend it for being near shops and many places of interest.

Tea and sweets were served whenever we returned from shopping or sightseeing. Excellent food is available in the restaurant.
