  Fausto, our host was fabulous. He speaks 4 or 5 languages fluently, is very kind, patient, generous and helpful. We were able to get last minute tickets through him to hear Vivaldi at one of the churches nearby. Also, I was sent directions by hotel staff in advance, so it was very easy to find the place (which usually can be quite tricky in Venice).
