Hotel is situated in a quite area on the opposite side of the river to the town. A short walk across the bridge and your are in the centre. The rooms were good and we had a ground floor room which opened onto a small area with outside seating which was great as it was hot. No air con but as it was quiet we could leave window open.

The room was spacious with TV and a large en-suite bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean.
The WiFi was good - not super fast but good enough to check emails / browse the web.
Breakfast was good with bread, yoghurt, compote, jams, honey and fresh coffee.
The onsite parking was a bonus and being able to park right outside your room was good.

Anne runs one of the most comfortable and friendly inns we've ever enjoyed. We've traveled extensively, and it's hard to find a place that makes you feel at home even as you enjoy the luxury of being on vacation. This hotel is a superb base from which to visit the Loire and many of its chateaux. - The room was large, particularly for France, and very well appointed. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and spoke excellent english. Unfortunately I only had time to have 1 dinner at the restaurant and it was magnificent - worthy of the visit by itself. The breakfasts were sumptuous too, especially the option of a cooked breakfast rather than the staples of bread, meats and cheese.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this delightful Logis, located in beautiful countryside yet within ten minutes of towns and chateaux. The garden rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool and tennis court immaculately maintained. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Excellent food is served in a very inviting room and I'm already looking forward to returning.

We loved the marvellous staff who were fun and very helpful. The hotel was attractive and stylishly decorated and the room was charming. There is a delightful garden area and the meals at the restaurant were exceptional as was obvious from the locals who also were dining there. We had such a good time and would love to go back.

I initially booked this B&B because of it's secure parking on site. This was perfect for our purpose, and much more besides. Our Saint Martin room was charming, clean, well designed and very peaceful. The grounds are charming and the location is walkable in to Tours. La Héraudière is a lovely house with a delightful garden, and our room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was a particular pleasure.
