Despite previous comments regarding the owners, we found them to be
friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic stop-off for our long trip to
Gascony. Pool was great for kids and we loved having a few wines in the
garden. Good to have a fridge in the room. Very close to town so easy to

has a gentle air of faded grandeur. Don't stay here if you are after
luxury! But it had everything we needed for two nights.Would stay again

We were impressed by the elligant look of the hotel. It was just how you would imagine a French period hotel to be. We booked the suite, which comprised of 2 rooms and a shower room. Although quite expensive, it was cheaper than booking 2 seperate rooms at other hotels. The rooms and bathroom were immaculately clean.
I must also say that the decor was beautiful. We usually stay at Chateauroux a few miles away, but this is a bit of a hidden jem.
