  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere... was die leute sagen » else. - The excellent customer service of the staff. Simply amazing over the top! The upgrades and helpfulness made the stay a wonderful one. The room was beautifully appointed; very clean and modern. We would recommend this and definitely return.

  The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). We had a cookie delivered to us with room service turning our bed down in the eve... was die leute sagen » ning. We didn't have room service banging on our door at 08:00 and there were no complaints or phone calls when we were late leaving our room. Althoug - The space was luxurious The bed was extremely comfortable The housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home

From welcome to restaurant to wonderful guy who got bikes ready drive us to bus pickup for whistler Fabulous small touches like Easter goodies and coffee available in lobby... The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise. The massage at the spa was also divine.
