We were 9 of us and we all left happy and would return. There were three kids from 7 to 14 yrs old and family from France.   I liked a lot the downtown location next to Concordia Unversity and the fact I could walk to nearby Crescent street bars and nightclubs. Dorm room and bed were clean, shared bathroom was ok too.   loved our spacious room with bath. Loved the included breakfast, loved the helpful staff. The person who checked me in changed our room from a 3rd floor to a 2nd floor without me even asking. As I am 66, that was a big help.
