Location, Alexandre on reception was overwhelmingly helpful with much useful advice to visit Q City by the ferry .
Rooms are very spacious and the beds were one of the most comfortable anywhere . I have had a lot worse for a much greater price . -

Room was great. Had a wonderful roman tub and separate shower, comfy king size bed and view of the Parliament buildings. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tubs. Arome Restaurant was excellent - food, presentation and service. -

The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! We signed up for breakfast and it was a great way to start the day.They are planning on adding a spa and pool.It is a very unique hotel and we had a wonderful stay. - Interesting concept. What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!!
Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!

The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on

The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day. There is a large Shopping Centre within 3 minutes drive

before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until
4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher
room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating

The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc.
What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!
