Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Loved the jacuzzi suite. The steamer in the shower was an added bonus. Room was one of the nicest that we've stayed in. Will go back there again! Buffet dinner was excellent, buffet breakfast was delicious too. -

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Lisa and Ena. We were given an upgrade to a one bed suite which was lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for shop, restaurants etc in the lower village. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. -

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.

The first thing that impressed us was the attentive and accommodating staff. Then it was the cleanness if the hallways and rooms. We also thought the design and the colour palettes were pleasing, restful, and reflective of a seashore setting. Finally. This is a very nice, modern Best Western property. The attention to detail including the pet treats and wipes in the lobby is a very nice touch and makes pet owners feel very welcome. The hot breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options beyond the common selection seen at most hotels. -
