We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. We really did get our money's worth. Huge selection of the breakfast bar which was included in the room rate. I very much enjoyed walking around your hotel, the atmosphere provided by the plants and the friendly staff. It was also wonderful to have breakfast included in the price of the stay -That restaurant in your hotel- can't remember the name off the top of my head- is simply amazing. I look forward to staying in Lethbridge at the Lethbridge Lodge again when I am lucky enough to be in town.

The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all. The front desk man was easy to deal with when our key wouldn't work for the pool door. -

The front desk staff was superb and very helpful. The area for breakfast was spacious and well organized. Even the cleaning staff were polite and inquired if there was anything else that I needed. -

Loved the rooms poolside.. I received a tray of fruit and crackers and cheese, this was very nice and unexpected! Made us feel great! The pool was super and the beds so comfortable! -

I love that it close to walk to do shopping. Lots of shopping and places to eat close by. We had a king suite it was nice and roomy as we we stayed 4 nights. Super 8 hotels never seem to disappoint us this is our 2nd one we have stayed at. -

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else. -

Our family enjoyed the hotel experience. We were only 20 min. drive from W.E. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.
