  Crandell has been a joy. The Lodge is situated in town, easily accessible and within close walking distance from Waterton Lake. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well suited for self-catering trips. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable - service was exemplary. The accommodation is very good value for money and when possible, we will love to return to Crandell Lodge. - Nice staff! Very clean and comfortable! Cooking facilities available, free parking slot also. Watching through the window we have seen deer in front of the meadow. Notice: it`s better to have a room with cooking facilities, especially at end of season (end of september/beginning of october) because the supermarket in town closes and you have to drive to Cardston or Pincher Creek 40-45 km far-out from Waterton Park. If you know this it`s not a problem.

  I loved that there was no tv. I loved the real fireplace and free wood that was provided. I loved the location as the view was majestic and we were far enough away from town to hear the silence of the night.   This was a great 2-night stay. With a short walking distance to Lake Luise and less hustle/bustle and cost compared to Fairmont Chateau it was a wonderful booking. A spacious main lounge with log fire, a piano room and card room were furnished with carefully chosen items to suite this pleasantly dated accommodation.   Excellent facilities and very welcoming hosts. It was good to get a 'local' view of Jasper and be steered towards useful shopping. It really was like staying in a home, but with our privacy maintained. Gina and Emil were there when you needed them but not in the least bit intrusive. Felt very at home and had everything we could possibly need. Staff were very warm and welcoming and helpful. Good location for exploring Jasper town or the park. Would stay again.

  The cabin is an absolute highlight of our journey. It is so clean and comfortable and it looks like a real gingerbread cabin! Most importantly, the owners were the kindest people we have ever met.   Persönliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man konnte auch Wünsche äußern. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, jedoch im Keller.
