  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  Wonderful and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, many amenities and enjoyable features. Loved the library!! - we really enjoyed having the use of the mineral pool and the hot tub,very relaxing.

  Good location. We did some hikes in the area with the trailhead s only 10 minutes driving away. Very quiet. Perfect for star gazing and night photography. Very clean. The lodge was very cozy. We enjoyed it very much.   James (the manager) was amazing and very helpful! He was very knowledgable about where to get a quick lunch and where to hike. The food at their restaurant was top notch and very delicious! The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful. Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night.   Gem in the forest! My family is 5 people with 1 infant travelling from Thailand for 10days in Canada. This is the most impressive hotel we stay in Canada because of its style & location! Unlike lake louise that seems to be so popular, Emeral lake is a gem in Banff that we mostly recommended.   The design of this accommodation was great. We travelled with an adult child and his partner so the bedrooms separated by bathroom and kitchen area was ideal. Everything required was supplied and included some cereal and energy bars.   We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
