The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking
advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. Also

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

Susan's Villa liegt sehr gut, so dass man schnell am Niagara und den Fällen ist, ohne dass man das Auto benutzen muss. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben sehr gute Ausfünfte zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Tipps zu Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! -

sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal; alles war absolut sauber; ein traumhafter Blick auf die Niagarafälle (die Buchung mit Wasserfallblick lohnt sich wirklich!); man fühlt sich absolut gut aufgehoben! -
Die Zimmer waren grandios!
Der Ausblick auf die Wasserfälle genial!. Das Einpark und Auspark einschließlich Gepäckservice sehr bequem.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
clean, kept up well, and seemed to be well run. Location was perfect.

The view is the best (room 3806) can see both falls and rainbow bridge,
even has a window you can crack open to here the roar of the falls.
Location is great and bus system was easy to use. Went first week of
April & not busy! I would not go during peak times. Stay was for two
days. Did Journey behind the falls, Butterfly & Aviary Houses,
Clifton Hill area. Drove the Niagara Pkwy from hotel to Niagara on the
Lakes very cool scenery. Kelsey's was a good place to eat. Sky wheel

When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing.
