Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fallsview gebucht. Dieses war leider nur im dritten Stock und man konnte nur einen kleinen Teil einer der Wasserfälle sehen. Daraufhin haben wir an der Rezeption höflich nachgefragt, ob nicht ein Zimmer in einem Stockwerk weiter oben zu bekommen sei. Dies wurde sofort gecheckt und wir erhielten ein Zimmer im 14. Stockwerk

The parking was good... The room was quiet and easy to sleep in... The Inn is close to Casino Niagara... It is a good idea to look at the room before you rent it... They take CAA member discounts... Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.
There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. -

We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our
accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

We had a wonderful 2 days here. Loved it, close to everything. Free breakfast was simply delicious. Enjoyed our leisurely evening drinks also. We told everyone how nice we had it. We will be back. Thank you so much for everything. -

Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

First time here. Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:)

The Tower Hotel has amazing views of the falls. The rooms are small but well organized so two people with plenty of luggage can move around with ease. It was a quite hotel with the only noise being the sound of the falls themselves. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. -

Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing.

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.
