Die Lage des Hotels, nahe der St. Catherine Street hat uns gefallen. Wenn man gerne läuft ist auch die schöne Altstadt gut zu erreichen (ca. 20.Min). Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer und grosses Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders Marc, ein Concierge, ist uns durch seine Hilfsbereitschaft und seine unkomplizierte Freundlichkeit aufgefallen. -

The staff was amazing. We traveled to the hotel for a weekend away for our daughter's 16th birthday and went for the Justin Timberlake concert. We found out once we got there he had postponed the concert and it basically ruined the whole mood for the weekend. My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, her husband, toddler and baby and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with adjoining rooms as requested. The pool was a hit with our grandson.

The room was absolutely perfect! The rain shower was awesome and the little terrace out onto Saint Denis was exactly what we wanted. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, just a close walk to Saint Catherine for shopping and many restaurants to choose from just out the front door. The man that greeted us at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. He made us know we chose the right hotel before we even saw the room! The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.
