  I liked that it was close to everything. The price was good. I liked they had a pool would have brought our bathing suits but weren't told they had one - Rooms were clean. Price of $75 was good for August. Close to Clifton Hill.

  The room was newly renovated, neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and wireless internet. Bed was comfy.   The motel is located in a small town approx. 2 miles from Niagara Falls. A perfect location in our opinion - close enough to do whatever we wanted in the city and far enough away not to have the noise and traffic. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
