  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

  My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. Our room was very clean and spacious as we had a jacuzzi suite and it wa... was die leute sagen » s amazing, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing all of our needs. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  We had loud neighbor. Staff moved us immediately upon request - I liked the location. i liked the foyer and Christmas decorations. I liked the pool and hot tub, though it was shabby and on way to the basement was scary.Beds were comfortable though sofa bed was not. The price was reasonable but would not pay more . Nice view. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

  There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. The room was really spacious and the mattress was perfect. To have Breakfast delivered each day was a perfect start and it was good to. They upgraded our room to a much bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

  We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to everything! Not super warm, fuzzy and friendly but indeed friendly, helpful, attentive none the less. I don't need ppl - We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast. Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.
