  Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fallsview gebucht. Dieses war leider nur im dritten Stock und man konnte nur einen kleinen Teil einer der Wasserfälle sehen. Daraufhin haben wir an der Rezeption höflich nachgefragt, ob nicht ein Zimmer in einem Stockwerk weiter oben zu bekommen sei. Dies wurde sofort gecheckt und wir erhielten ein Zimmer im 14. Stockwerk ... was die leute sagen » mit einem fantastischen Blick über beide Fälle. - The internet at the hotel was not functioning well even though otherhotels provide it for free and it runs fast. - location was fine, facilities good, but Niagara a disapointment.

  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

  We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and comfortable, convenient to everything! Not super warm, fuzzy and friendly but indeed friendly, helpful, attentive none the less. I don't need ppl - We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast. Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

  We had loud neighbor. Staff moved us immediately upon request - I liked the location. i liked the foyer and Christmas decorations. I liked the pool and hot tub, though it was shabby and on way to the basement was scary.Beds were comfortable though sofa bed was not. The price was reasonable but would not pay more . Nice view.   We had a wonderful 2 days here. Loved it, close to everything. Free breakfast was simply delicious. Enjoyed our leisurely evening drinks also. We told everyone how nice we had it. We will be back. Thank you so much for everything. - Nice facility very close to the Falls, Skylon and all the the central attractions. Reasonable room rate.

  They were very friendly family, couldnt do enough for us, we had a small problem when we were there, an earwig was in our room, immediatly they wanted to change our room, but, I said hey our room is on ground level you have to expect the odd bug to get in, other then that we had a great time, also, the next day even after check out, they let us le... was die leute sagen » ave our baggage /bags there until we left that night at 10pm, I ask u would any of the other big hotels let you do that without it costing you extra m - Very nice place, budget-friendly and very spacious rooms as well. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

  Zimmer waren geräumig, Frühstück war auch gut. - gute Lage
