  Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und korrekt. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und das ganze Hotel war sehr ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich mit allen Einrichtungen:Sauna, Ruheraum, Duschen, Fitnessgeräte usw. sehr sauber und gepflegt.   Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.
