What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

La ubicación cerca de la estación de trenes y autobuses - Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.

The breakfast was top-notch - I actually can't remember a buffet that could top it, and I have been to quite a few 5-star hotels in every continent.

Everything was wonderful ! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich with a variety of traditional and international dishes so that it can cater everyone's needs. We stayed at one of the Executive Suite offering majestic views over Sofia !
