  The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area. Staff were excellent; there was no-one on the bar when we returned relatively late, but the guy on reception poured us a couple of drinks anyway, great service. The room was very luxurious. Overall, absolutely outstanding value for money.
