  The Hotel Oceanic is a great hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are enormous. Security is up to the minute with access available only to the floor where your room is situated - the lift is operated by a security key card. We were between 3 hotels before we come and the other were 4star hotels, we choosed oceanic because of customer feedback and did not regret.. Highly recommended!

  The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area.
