  The Hotel Oceanic is a great hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are enormous. Security is up to the minute with access available only to the floor where your room is situated - the lift is operated by a security key card.   I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings.   The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area.   The quality of the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpfull. Also, the airport pickup and dropoff service was very useful and the driver was very friendly. - Clean and quiet. The park opposite is very pleasant and has a few nice restaurants. The collection service from the airport was efficient and reasonably priced.
