  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception. We had a problem with the terrace door it didn't close properly so the first day was a bit cold, but a

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... was die leute sagen » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.
