I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfas

We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.
We had a problem with the terrace door it didn't close properly so the first day was a bit cold, but a

Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it! -

Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.
