The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. As a fit grandmother with grandchildren 11 and 8, I found Apt 319 suited us perfectly for 8 nights in April.Very quiet little apartment well appointed with all you need for a granny with grandchildren! It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so
welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well
equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for
the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing
powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room
rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there. our only dissapointment was, when making enquirie -
i like sydney who could not, the hotel desk staff could not be more helpful we arrive very early and they found a room for us straight away after a long flight this was much appreciated thank you holiday in staff for a wonderful stay in sydney. ps insted of the 4 days we booked we stayed 8 i think that show how much we enjoyed the stay

good. Cooking facilities were good. Location was very good. There are

This apartment hotel is located in one of the nicest urban areas of
Sydney on a trendy street with lots of great restaurants and coffee
places. The apartments are very big, very well kept and spotless. The
staff is very friendly and the manager, Caspar, very helpful.

Location was a very short walk to the beautiful Bondi beach - two grocery stores a few shops away- stocked our wonderful new kitchen. Spotless - large comfy bed and pull out was great as well for our daughter - room dividers pulled to make two rooms. Everything was top rate. Very happy there. Would go back anytime - staff was excellent!!!!!!!

The apartments were very luxurious. With this and the gym, pool and spa you could spend all day there. However only a 5min walk to Bondi beach and cafes.
The 1st night we stayed the people in the neighbouring apartment were very noisy. The staff were brilliant about and the next night moved us and upgraded us for free.
