  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. The location was vey suitable for us and the acco,mmodation was moder, very spacious,clean with godd front desk attitude. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

Being on a high floor facing George St away from the noise below was good. Having a balcony to step out was also a good feature. Cooking facility is good as well, good stay...lots of places to eat for lunch, but most of them are closed after 5:00pm. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.
