The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. There was no problems with us paying up front and using cash as the deposit instead of having an authorisation taken on our cards. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. Would defin

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so
welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well
equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for
the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing
powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room
rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.
