  Really friendly and helpful staff to match expectations for a boutique hotel. The 24hour coffee shop is great, and there are some really great eateries very close by as well. The hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately!   Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Ich hatte das Glück, ein Appartement im 55. Stock zu haben. Die Aussicht war sensationell vom Balkon. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, es fehlte mir an nichts. Wirklich toll, habe ich in anderen Hotels schon anders erlebt.
