Its location - Your willingness to allow us to book into our room immediately on arrival even though it was only 8.30am on the day. We had come off a long flight and we appreciated this flexibility on your part. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. Location,location,location.
For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal.
Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

It's a really good hotel, no real luxury, smallish rooms, but works
great! Impressive attention to detail, very ergonomic room design.
Higher floors have a great great view of darling harbour mad the bridge,
couldn't get enough of it every day! Stayed 6 days. Oh and the
breakfast is amazing too. Very fresh. 10/10 for location,
cleanliness, convenience. Hop skip and jump to convention centre, and
the water (darling harbour) loved it!! Exceeded expectation.

We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on

right on top of darling harbour where you could find many places to eat plus only a short walk to town hall station and buses it was good to have a washing machine and tumble dryer to use as we had been on a cruise for 3 weeks prior to arriving in sydney and needed to do some washing -

The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We loved everything about the QT Hotel. We didn't want to leave. We arrived mid morning and were surprised that we were able to go directly to our room. We had expected to store our bags and come back later. We were then told that we could have full internet access at no additional charge. it was close to the water and there is lots of things to do not far from the hotel, just a walk or boat ride away. nice rooms with modern facilities and a good size for the price we paid. over all we had a pleasant stay and would stay next time we're in sydney.
