  Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

I stayed on the Executive Floor and this was well worth the extra $$$ as the Executive Lounge has internet facility (complimentary computers) and the breakfast and pre-drinks/canapes are very nice and the lounge is comfortab - We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March.   service quality of the staff - The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed our break and will do it again. We had made a number of costumes for the Buddy Show and had come down for the opening night.
