The staff was friendly and when our microwave didn't work were quick to go out and buy a new one. Our room had the view we were told it would. There was always hot water for showers. The beach was only a few steps away. We walked to the boardwalk and restaurants. Never had to move our vehicle. I can't say anything negative about our stay. (The Staff) Pat, Marco, Joe, Gerry, and their granddaughter were AMAZINGLY accommodating. The heated pool. They offered both propane and charcoal grills. Literally "right on the beach". Close to the boardwalk (15 minute walk). The price.

Location. Nada, unless you count the weather which I'm pretty sure they had no control over. We had issues with our hot water in the room not working but they had it fixed right away. The rooms are a little outdated but that was nothing major. Wish the ocean was closer..but that is true for the whole area. No store or even coffee in the building, but there is a block away. It rained one day, we don't have control over that. The mattresses on the beds could use updating, seemed a bit worn out. Was fine. hotel and rooms were very outdated No amenities Prices have doubled compared to last year. I thought my stay was prepaid but I had to pay upon arrival. Parking was not assigned, but we always found an acceptable space at all hours. The towels were rough and not very clean looking. The door to the room did not feel secure. Did not like the fact that people from other rooms chose to use our lounge chair to hang out on and leave their wet towels and beverage containers. Check in took long. There were no linens. Remote didn't work right. Most of all I didn't like all the smokers around me. (I'll put it down, but it wasn't important to the overall experience): no room cleaning on second day. Needed to ask for wash cloths and toilet paper (which were provided without fuss). Ugly stairs. We can't find the air conditioning and it wasn't on and ready for use until someone came to put it on later on our 3rd night of stay. Room was not clean and it had stains on sofa and needed to be cleaned. The stove was rusted and kitchen had no coffee maker and bathroom had no hair dryer.I reported it and 2 staff members came and cleaned it up the best that they could. the wi-fi was poor. Loud party all night in the front yard. room was cramped, carpeting was old, bath was VERY small. overpriced for what it was. They had roaches the bedroom was dam the clothes i had hanging in there were damp and smell mildewy when i went to pack them to leave. Noisi.
