This hotel is one block away from the beach- great location. The room got upgraded for free and the room we ended up with had an ocean view and was far bigger than I expected. It was very clean, had everything I required in the kitchen, and had a very helpful, very polite staff. Altogether great hotel for a great price. Would definitely go back. The location was great. The suites were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Suites seemed to be sound proof, couldn't hear anything going on outside. Family oriented. The pool was nice. They had shuffleboard and ping pong for their guests. Overall we had a great stay. Would go back again.
所有评语 » We liked the friendly atmosphere, the proximity to the beach, the pool, area with hose to clean off sand, ease of parking. The separate bedroom/living area was great for our family. The room was very clean convienant location. was great to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean.. thank you for a great stay!. Ocean view location since there was no obstruction from other building. One block from beach. I loved the fact that there was a great play area for the kids, you dont see that anywhere :). How close the beach is to the apartment and we can walk to the boardwalk. Nice pool and kiddie pool. Room was decorated nicely and up to date. Very clean and bright. Could easily walk to beach. grill's, pool, and acsess to the beach. Location Large fridge in room. Staff , Pool, Pool area,(Grill,Play area..) Location. close to beach...nice pool area...quiet area... The room was clean and spacious. good pool water was clean there was music to listen while swimming. Pool, barbeque grills, motel is right by the beach. Booked our stay online and it stated on confirmation that we would have an ocean view. Upon check in we noticed that our room looked directly into the stairwell. I asked staff and I was told that confirmations state all rooms have an ocean view. I asked to be moved and was told all suites were booked. There was only one a/c unit in the bedroom which made the 'living area' uncomfortable even if the bedroom door was left open. No staff 24/7, only after 9 am until 8 pm. The hours on the door which told us what time to not play our music. Electrical switch plate missing in bathroom and tv remotes were missing batteries. Never mentioned to staff but sure they would remedy if I cared to complain. Office hours were limited which made a couple of things difficult to get help with. small bed room, no TV in bedroom. Small shower Towels on bed not in bathroom No coffee pot in room. The beds !!! They where hard ... Need to have softer Beds... The rooms could of been a little cleaner then what they where when we arrived ... (Bathroom).. no a/c in the living room. I booked a room with a queen bed and got 2 double beds. Also the free parking that was advertised did not happen because there wasn't enough spaces. compared my receipt from hotel to my bank statement and couldn't believe it cost me 110.86 extra because I booked thru you. never again. the room service was terrible all they did was fix your bed. i complained about having no hot water and never got it fixed i had to shower 9 days with no hot water and water from the sink.The money was all they cared about nothing else don't recommened.Beds and couches very uncomfortable. staff not too friendly, price to expensive, room was not what we were told over the phone, room very small, room outdated, not very clean, bath towels old & small, shower was terrible water kept changing from hot to cold hot to cold. Wayyyyyy overpriced. the beds were terrible you sunk into the middle and any of the kitchen utensils were very dirty as so was the bathroom tub and shower.
