When I reserved this hotel, I thought it was one of the chain Regency Hotels, but the owner told me it was not. I was happy with this 2-story location because the quality of the room was nice and clean comparable to a chain Regency. The staff is very friendly and responsive to request. This location is 1.5 mile from Six Flag Discovery Kingdom and it sell discounted tickets at half price to the gate. The outdoor pool & spa are safe and clean. It is also close to a ferry to San Francisco.
所有评语 » At first I was a bit unsure on both facilty and location as I typically do not stay in budget-friendly, highway motels. The motel is older and the room worn and outdated, however, I found it to be clean, quiet, TV worked, hot water and shampoo/lotion provided. The staff was very accomodating and the place was packed the evening I stayed. All in all, not bad and a bargain at $69.00/night weekend rate in CA near NAPA. The place is very clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast area, although they advertise that they offer breakfast. When I went for breakfast there were no more fruit, only a few pastries and hot beverages. It is true that the beverage machine is available all day long to visitors. Very nice staff, adequate continental breakfast, clean, neat, well maintained (white stucco & tile roofs), fairly quiet, spacious bathroom (room 209), great location, large refrigerator, and nice microwave. The grounds had some very pretty flowers that created an extremely inviting atmosphere. Also the person whom greeted me was very nice and helpful. The shower was awesome!. Handy location between Napa Valley and San Francisco; has microwave, refrigerator & wifi; bed was very comfortable; friendly staff. Staff was very courteous.Quiet and decent place..price is fair enough. Inexpensive compared to other motels in the Napa area. cleanliness and comfort of accomodations. Clean, cheerful, close to event. I liked the rooms I stayed in...extended my stay by 2 weeks. The room services could have been better however I would stay there again and would definitely recommend The Regency Inn to other. The bed was comfortable.Fairly quiet. towels were small. location close to hi way. Bathroom was clean. Friendly staff. -Price. Close to nearby attractions. Fairly clean. Pool and Hot Tub looked nice, but I didn't get in. . smaller , family oriented Inn. Fairly inexpensive - for a reason. I suggest that this hotel is fenced around. None. Air conditioning too loud. could have a place to sit for continental breakfast, said it was included, but not much. Only one glass/cup, bathroom door opened into microwave. Room service and the spotty internet as well as no breakfast included with this pric. The most expensive of all I have stayed at in 2 wks. Continental breakfast was poor. The sealed breakfast pastry was good. No room to sit. One of the worse seen in 2 weeks. rooms not up dated no hair blower or shevles to lay your clothing in bath room. only two pillows, they were flat and bed very incomfortable. A little more detail to cleanness to the room. You can very well hear your neighbours watching TV in the middle of the night and disturbing your sleep. This happened to us twice in a row. So we didn't really have a restful stay at this place. -Glass security window between employee in office -Pastry available in morning -Hairs left on bed after cleaning. Didn't feel like this was a safe neighborhood. Had to ring a bell for the front desk staff to open the door for me. They kept it locked. Bulletproof glass and cage around check-in. Seemed like there were a lot of unsavory characters in the neighborhood. No Wi-Fi and pay-per view channel on tv, though I paid for it. They can't fix or repair. Wasted my money, only stayed for 2 hrs instead 3 nights. The web site gives a very false impression of the property. It is rather shabby, not very clean and the pillows are flat. Even the TVs are old.
