What a fine and efficient welcome! Cheerful, bright and helpful, this Budget hotel is a good one. It is comfy, clean and in a quiet area with good pillows & linen, fridge and m/wave, desk & DVD. We felt safe and secure and very satisfied with the service and booking. McDonald's, cheap fuel and the freeway are fairly close by. The people at the front desk were very helpfull, I needed ticket to Alcatraz and they booked it for me. so I will recommend this hotel to other people.

Not at all what I expected for 61.00. verry nice people and helpful always with a smile. The staff is super, its a nice place to stay. Closet room and frig front desk girl. room was clean, beds ok, staff very polite, fridge, tv, micro. King size bed. The room rate was good. It was quiet. Clean and budget friendly. The location and price. clean friendly staff. the room was big. Price. They are trying to upgrade. comfortable,quiet. We found the room rather warm, but the A/c did work effectively. Old, somewhat run down and in need of repair or updating, loose outlets, no cold water at kitchenette sink until hot water was turned off underneath it, beds advertised as "queen" were doubles instead. No restaurants nearby. I can't believe that this "upgrade" room was given two stars. The chair to the desk was badly stained and had a large hole in it. Couldn't maintain an internet connection for more than a minute or two. The TV was an old-fashioned one. I'd be leary of booking with letsbookhotel.com after seeing the two-star rating that this motel was given. Major disturbances late at night with no response from the desk. Last night of 4 only got 2 hrs sleep. Had to leave for safety. No refund offered. The room was so tiny and dark. I had read reviews that suggested it was amazing for the price, but it was about I would expect for the price. no coffee offering run downed furniture very far for sightseeing in San Francisco you have to pay the toll twice on two bridges. well at first they gave us the wrong room. after looking at my papers I realize that the room they gave us was not like the pictures on the web and the girl tried to tel us that it was not happy. and there was not a coffee maker in the room. Room was alot smaller than expected. 375 sq ft? More like 200 maybe. Room smelled very bad. bed bugs. False advertising. Beds listed as queens were measured as doubles. Staff acknowledges they were not queen beds but offered no apology or discount. (Non-smoking?) room stank of cigarettes. Staff claims rooms were inspected every day...pack of cigarettes found by my kids (!) in bedside table...
