Very convenient location at 10mn drive from the south entrance of grand canyon, 5mn from grand canyon airport. Tusayan is one street with restaurants and hotels. Nice hotel, but we got a room in the "motel" part on the back facing a parking. Free Parking. Free coffee in the lobby, in the room too. You get a 10% off when eating at the mexican restaurant next door which is a good and a busy cantina. They have a small pool for kids.
所有评语 » The Red Feather is only about 1 mile from south entrance to Grand Canyon. The hotel is one of the older in the area but well maintained. The rooms are a little small but yet comfortable. The main building is newer and nicer. They do have laundry facilities which was very helpful. The room was massive and clean and was so convenient for going into the Grand Canyon National park. The value for money was also very good. We loved the free coffee, tea, apples and hot chocolate in the foyer. Also free wi-fi. Would definitely stay there again. Great location to the Grand Canyon Park. Very clean & comfortable rooms with tea & coffee in the lobby. Very nice décor. Any issues were resolved quickly & fairly with management. Great restaurant right next door. Lovely clean room, attentive staff. Quick check in and check out. Hard to judge the room as we apparently got an upgrade, but I see no reason why a cheaper room can't be just as clean and comfortable. Quiet room with all facilities which was very clean. Full laundry facility and small pool with spa. Very helpful front desk. Good eating possibilities close by. Free shuttle bus to Grand Canyon. - Very close to Grand Canyon south rim - Big rooms - We got upgraded from the motel to the hotel - We received some reduction coupons for nearby restaurants and attractions. Close to the Kanion; close to many restaurants and a market; big comfortable and clean room; swimming pool and jacuzzi for relaxing after visiting Grand Canyon. perfect location for exploring grand canyon without staying in the very expensive hotels of the village. No breakfast but discout for the next door restaurant. - Hotel was close to the Grand Canyon Park. - a 1/2 price voucher for the IMAX film was attached to our check in documents Rooms were large - beds were comfy. Location was great, easy access to shuttle busses for Canyon. Lots of restaurant choices close by. Hotel very comfortable nice large room, very clean. Checking in the front hotel and ending up in the back part "motel" facing a parking lot. This was a bit dissapointing upon arrival. Dark room. Check-in staff was barely welcoming. Wwifi didn't work from our room. We had to be in the lobby. We got a room in the older building even though we had booked many months in advance. Nothing really. - It was hot in the room, and the ac didn't really manage to cool it (and we stayed in November, so not even the hot part of the year) - For the price they charge an included breakfast would be nice. rather big place, reception was crowded and a cold air blower was placed right behind the waiting queue. Staff at the reception were not really friendly, probably because of so many customers to serve at the same time. Food is way to EXPENSIVE in the area, but it's expected as a tourist spot. No refrigerator in the room. For us this was not a big deal as the temperatures were low enough at night to conserve our food in the car... Nothing to report. Better if there's some quick breakfast food - biscuits, granola bars or similar with the coffee. Nothing. Nothing. There is no breakfast Included but you do get 10% off when breakfasting next door. The pool is quite small. Would not recommend the attached mexican restaurant for breakfast Could get a hot cup of coffee. To save your life... Not worth the money. And didnt take the discount off the bill. Maybe throw in a couple of tea bags for those of us who don't drink coffee in the room. I know it was available in the lobby which was nice. No breakfast option. Served free Coffee though. first impression: rooms looked a bit outdated from the outside (but once inside it is well maintained). The bathtub and other fixtures were very worn. Check in/out in a separate building. Price. Parking very little to the amount of rooms at the lodge. The room smelled of toilet cleaner. Being woken in the night and early morning by tour coaches, this would prevent us staying there again or recommending you. The staff should have been more cozy... Staff is not over friendly, yet not really unpleasant as one could be worried after reviewing some comments. No breakfast. all ok no dislikes. Front doors look real bad. Strange smell on entering room.
