The location is perfect to visit the Grand Canyon as it is located less then 10 miles from teh South Rim entrance. The village also offers a lot of possibilities for dining and has a general store for all kind of shopping. The appartment we had was a 2 bedroom appartment, very spacious with big living room, fully equiped kitchen, terrace, 2 bathrooms with shower. Perfect in itself. The price was very good value. It was also very clean and well maintained. We didn't expect housekeeping service every day, clean sheets and towels. Liked having laundry facilities on site. Over all very impressed and perfect location for the Grand Canyon. Absolutely would like to go back and will for sure recommend to friends and family.
所有评语 » we loved the location and the feeling of being part of the beautiful woodland area just south of the Grand Canyon. These new studios will be superb accommodation for those of independent character. Nice room. Secluded. Private. We were the only patrons in the building, I believe, which was good for our pet who was on his first road trip. We really liked the overhead lighting above the bed. We stayed in a two bedroom family apartment. It provided ample room and facilities for our family. We booked the apartment so that we could cook for ourselves and dine-in most nights. The apartment was well laid out. Plenty of room and privacy. The furniture was very comfortable. I would stay here again. Studio apartment was really uncomfortable and dirty (light switches). Suite was superb. Clean, spacious room with kitchenette. Location near south entrance of GCNP. the apartment with 2 seperat sleeping rooms was large; the view was great. Comfortable apartment in a quiet location with good facilities. Apartment was very comfortable and quite well fitted out. Size of 2 bed apartment was good but poorly furnished. - Lacked attention to detail. Apartment/efficiency unit would have been good if we A waste for 1 night stay. Efficient check in staff Good value breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Great shower. Laundry facilities. It was clean and had air conditioning and the staff was friendly and courteous. Only 2 minor points; - As the swimming pool is located with the main building of the hotel, it is quite a distance to get there (15 min. walk) - The kitchen only had very limited things for cooking or eating (plates, cuttery, pots etc), otherwise it would be nice to cook once diner by yourself - a welcome alternation in a 3 week America trip from the one hotel to the other. There wasn't anything to dislike. ... the studio was so brand new that there were understandable teething problem... no phone, no WiFi connection etc... but still a very special experience... The Hightop table and chair set, while charmingly cute, lacked function and the chairs were wobblely and needed repair. The apartment was advertised has having a full kitchen. While the apartment had a full kitchen there were insufficient utensils to fully utilise the kitchen. More utensils would be better. No DVD player for movies. Limited Wi-Fi. WIFI was serveral hours out of operation the ladies at the reception could have had more experience. Desk staff did not have a very good command of English and one guy was gruff. Not enough cutlery. Boiling jug would be appreciated as not everyone drinks coffee. One bed apartment was poor with nowhere to sit in comfort - Bed size inadequate - too short even for smaller people Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Too far from facilities. Close to Grand Canyon park, but next time will stay inside the par. We stayed in the studio apartments which are half a mile from the main hotel in a quiet location- very nice . Only problem late comers wake you up if going to 2 nd floor. Studio nice but not as well equipped as could have been. Kitchen not well equipped at Al. Lamp beside bed should be a must. No surface or luggage rack for is to put luggage. I think studios are a work in progress. I felt the walls were extremely thin as I could hear the people talk and snore in the next room, no drinking glasses provided and no detergent for cleaning the dishes. We got lost trying to find the Suite, it was poorly marked and directions were little to none. We should have had an escort to find it at night. There was no phone in the room and being from out of country we don't have a phone plan for out phone so one in the room should have been a given. It was much too expensive for the small, uncomfortable room. There was no comfortable chair, no telephone and the bed was very uncomfortable. No heating on first night so slept with the temp outside -5C staff were unhelpful and rude! Way overpriced for what you get. Service. We waited for registration 48 minutes, and furthe 30 minutes whiule somebody was willing to show the studio apartment. We were directed to a room about 1 mile far from registration. It was a very simple room, moderetely clean, very cool, and the a/c did not give anything warming up the room. There was not any extra blanket. It was one thing luxory, the price for spending there a single night (223.48 usd).
