We found the location to be perfect and easily located as we were travelling across the US. The staff were very friendly, helpful and curteous. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, bathrooms were very clean with a supply of comb,toothbrush etc which we found to be a nice touch as the small things make a real difference. The breakfast was good with a good selection of foods. overall we enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay again if passing through, we'll done.
所有评语 » Located about 10 min walking distance to the downtown core, the Fairbridge offers an affordable and comfortable accomodation. The staff were courteous, there's free Wifi, discounted taxi fares, and a continental breakfast that has enough to get one going in the morning. This was my second stay at this hotel and I'd stay again. I just needed an affordable room with direct access to the airport. The room was at the best rate I could find - but what surprised me was how good the customer service was. The front desk staff did an excellent job! There was coffee available in the lobby when I left at 4:30am. Fabulous staff, helpful. Hotel has easy access to major attractions. Due to location expected it to be noisy (close to Amtrak, freeways, main streets), but my room was quiet. Breakfast much better than most "continental" offered. Good beds, no creepy bedspreads. Great value. Efficient service from staff. Camera in hallways. Fruit at breakfast You could offer a water hose, bucket and mitt in the parking lot for travelers to wash there cars for fun and relaxing activity. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was very convenient to the city center area. It didn't take us more then ten minutes to get anywhere. It was also clean and fairly comfortable. The staff was great and helpful, the continental breakfast was great with great variety and lots of food, we will definately stay again if we come back. It was located for me to easily get to my meetings. It was quiet and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again!. It was right next to a main street and getting into downtown Spokane was maybe a 5 minute walk. The staff was helpful and answered any questions that I had and worked with me when I had to do a late check-in since my flight was delayed 2.5 hours. It was as the reviews stated. Comfortable, quite and clean. Not a 5 star property but all right for a nights stay while passing through and close to city center at a reasonable price. Breakfast was typical cereal,waffles, juice and coffee. The bed was good The breakfast was pretty good The staff were friendly and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Some furnishings scratched but for the price, none of these are complaints!. Beds were a little convex in the middle (321) The hot breakfast product in the crock pot was terrible. The hotel is definitely old and sorely needs some updates. The hallways had an overpowering Vanilla scent that could have been taken down a notch. They only gave you two pillows to start with so traveling as a couple that was a pillow each, but when we asked for more the staff was very obliging. The beds could be more comfortable but over all I can't complain. Missed the entrance off Division. The ice makers were not working right, yet the staff tok the time to get me ice. The breakfast area is way to small. Area a bit rough. The area the hotel was in seemed a little sketchy after dark. Didnt feel safe to walk around. We didnt have any problems at all with the actual hotel, just the location. I didn't have a choice of rooms when I booked. I found out later there were rooms available with microwaves and refrigerators that I could have stayed in. The heating was a little off in the room. We don't work out so the weight room was like, Whatever. We are a little bit old for the video game machines. I guess coffee pot in the rooms would be better. The area around the hotel has many homeless people, though they did not panhandle. That I was charged x2 for the 1 room and it has yet to be resolved after 24 hours. The view-- which was a cement wall with a pole!!. The breakfast area was a bit crowded and could stand to have a few more tables. Location was a bit away from downtown. A little sketchy for walking there. Somewhat sketchy outside area. Hotel initially charged me over $20 more for my stay, but corrected the error after I went back. Be sure to have a copy of your reservation with your guaranteed price. If you're expecting a 4 star hotel for this price, you'll not like this hotel. Getting a little old and showing it's age. The neighbourhood. not the best location -very little in the way of shopping or restaurants within walking distance. View. I found crumbs on the floor near the tv and desk. The shower curtain was stained and the towels were rough. The carpet and walls are becoming a bit worn - but I guess this is to be expected in this price range. The location is in the seedier part of town. Lots of panhandling and people sitting/laying in streets. Except for this part I would totally recommend this place for families. No microwave or fridge in room. "Messy" remo went on on third floor during my stay. shower curtain was dirty; towels in bathroom are worn and stained; bathroom sink sprays excessive water when turned on; flooring is very worn and dirty looking; no view-we looked to an old cement block wall- very unappealing. the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and stained and lots of chipped paint. Room was freezing! Had to crank up the heat and leave for a few hours. The bathroom was kinda scummy. I'm sure it was clean but I refused to use the shower. Carpet was is serious need of replacing. No microwave, stairs smelled like hot garbage( no really they were bad), elevator smelled. rooms in poor condition, carpet and drapes had holes, no exhaust fan in bath, pet dander bad(my allergies were so bad I couldn't breath all night) no pet free rooms, breakfast marginal. I Will not stay there again ever.
