We loved your breakfasts. Very nice. We liked the friendliness of your staff- and the maids who cleaned up were very good. Also, we liked that the elevators are not far from virtually all the rooms. The cost of the room was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful with things. The breakfast was very good too. The people that cleaned the room did a great job.
所有评语 » Value is great! Kids love the pool. The friendly staff recognizes us whenever we visit Spokane. We stay at Comfort Inn every month or two when we visit the city. The hotel was ideally located for my purposes. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and very nicely appointed. great staff! I had a special request for more pillows and they provided them without question. Very good breakfast. Staff was really friendly, our room was clean and comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub. 1. 24-7 access to indoor swimming pool. 2. complete amenities: microwave, fridge, flat screen tv, and more. staff was great. They went the 'extra mile' to make the stay a nice experience. Reception staff had been there for 4 years and knew answers to questions. Value for money, friendly staff, family friendly atmosphere. Clean, great pool and breakfast was better than most. Breakfast was good , hottub and pool open 24 hours. Clean, quite and comfortable, very good breakfast. Location, pool, and breakfast. Nice room. Great price. the pool was great. Nice and warm and clean. Other than our room was not very clean the bed was comfortable and it was at least a nice sleep. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from as well. Our room was updated with lovely colors - very relaxing feel. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of choices including eggs, waffles, meat, very good coffee and juices. The staff were friendly. The outside of the hotel looks pretty ratty, but the inside is a nice surprise. Rooms large, with wifi, breakfast, and a pool. Staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The TV didn't offer much as far as diversity of programs was concerned. We could have used 2 more towels in our room per day ( i.e. the smaller ones). Other than this .... all was very good. Thank you. The booking sight didn't allow for discounts. This should be montioned on the website that you have to call the place in person to get discounts otherwise,they can't do it. We had siad on the booking sight to leave extra towels and on the first day it wasn't done. My wife just wishes it was closer to the mall. I have no complaints or criticisms. The location was a bit farther from our visiting destination than we wanted. The road next to the hotel is torn apart and a bit annoying getting in and out of parking lot. the road construction going on. unavoidable but road construction. The elevator life has an annoying, penetrating buzz when in motion. Street Construction around hotel made it difficult to access. Street in front was all torn up and my gps had a hard time finding the place. Road construction made access and egress a challenge. Construction in front made it a bit difficult to get in and out. Our room was poorly vacuumed and our bathroom was dirty. Our conditioner was half used, but put back on the counter as "new". The playpen our daughter slept in was dirty and didn't feel very comfortable letting her sleep in there. no screen on the window so you couldn't open it far enough. There was a "sour" smell in the room that indicated that the room was cleaned with rags, or wiping materials, that were dirty. It was pretty bad. Needs updating. Breakfast was not good. Construction on the roads all around the hotel. Garbage and condom in parking lot. Usually a person sitting out front drinking. Beds were to hard uncomfortable. TV worked intermittly. Parking was cramped,rooms were noisy and would have liked to ate sausage for breakfast but it looked raw. carpets are dirty and showers/toilets are old. Room #406 had a very bad chemical smell so I had to change rooms. The new room was better. Way overpriced. I was told the price was $58 & now I have a charge on my account for $79.27?. House keeping was not good at their job. Room was not cleaned very well and there was left over coffee in the coffee pot. Garbage was not taken out,even though it was placed by the garbage can.
