  I loved the proximity of hotel to SFO airport. The staff at front desk were great! Friendly and helpful. My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful. I had a pleasant and restful stay - The staff was very helpful. The person at the front desk recommend a great Thai restaurant for dinner.

  The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. And for a tiny, little person I was impressed how she handled the maids during a work meeting which I overheard. Andy was amazingly efficient and went way out of his way to answer any question about the area.
