Staff went out of their way to help us with "local" questions.Very muchappreciate the free wireless broadband acces. good location. We came in late for an early flight the next morning. They were ready for us, it was quiet and comfortable, the wireless internet worked well, they had coffee and danish for us at 6 am, and the airport shuttle was perfect. Conveniently close to airport and car rentals, enough parking facilities, nice jacuzzi, clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast.
所有评语 » The location is very convenient to both downtown San Francisco (by car) and airport. The king size beds were very comfortable. The decor was pleasant. Overall a very nice hotel for the price. The bed was pretty nice. The breakfast in the morning was good. The staff are helpful.The deluxe cont. breakfast was very good and the couch was very confortable. Very good value for money - clean, comfrotable, well-located. Close to airport, shuttle service, large room. Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast selection. The Breakfast was a nice bonus. the price was not expensive and it is close to the airport. Location and free shuttle to/from airport. We missed it the first time we drove by.The bathroom plumbing did not work very well, but hotel staff was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. They also had tree trimming in progress and a bit noisy if you wantd to sleep in. Also request a room not facing the train, very noisy in the early A.M.'s. Breakfast area was a little crowded at times.Rooms around the inside courtyard were hard to find in the evening. We did not receive good directions from desk clerk. PBS Channel 9 did not work and could not be fixed.Room (on the left wing) was too noisy due to railway line and motorwaynext to hotel. Table and desk chair in bad location--- too much furniture for movement in room.The mattress on the pull-out sofa bed was thin, but for the price we were well satisfied. No eating restaurants withing walking distance. Toilet function was marginal.There was not enough parking. Maybe rooms could have been cleaner.Could use some decor update. not enough channel on the tv. too many children making noise. The information board in airport does not list the hotel for shuttle, itis the same one as Travellodge North so call them. Shuttle only every 30minutes which can be a wait. Very limited seating for breakfast. Shuttle from airport was not great - late on arrival and not very helpful. Hotel room had a number of small defects. leaking bath plug and basin plug made it impossible to shave properly or to have a bath. Air conditioner panel hanging off wall meant that did not work either.They originally out me into a so-called "non-smoking" room as per my request, but once there it was obvious that it was a smoking room. They quickly moved me to another room after my request (about 6 hours later I requested it as I was out for most of the day) The room they then moved me to was on the highway side of the hotel, and was extremely noisy. when we arrived the room was open. Hotel name is very confusing to catch the right shuttle; check-in experience is not pleasent; lots of ant in the room--2nd floor!.
