The staff was friendly and helpful with information about the game shuttle services. The manager Ray was cooperative in releasing our extra room so we didn't get charged for a room we weren't using. The facilities were clean and well kept.

We reserved the hotel online but when we got to the hotel it was
overbooked. They apologized and let us stay in a king suite for the
price of a regular suite. They were so friendly and had great customer
sevice. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!!! -
