  The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We need to have a late check out and the staff were so accommodating to our needs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was just amazing.   We reserved the hotel online but when we got to the hotel it was overbooked. They apologized and let us stay in a king suite for the price of a regular suite.   Everything! The room was HUGE! Could have been used as a dorm room. Very well appointed: Bose radio/alarm clock, flat screen TV, fridge, microwave. Nice bathroom with a sink outside of the shower room. Our particular room had an outside and inside entrance which made it nice to load/unload. Also, a pleasant surprise to find a complimentary buffet breakfast in the Pub as well. Very nice experience and we would stay again.
