The restaurant in the hotel served delicious Italian food! If I lived in the area I would eat there on a regular basis! The hotel was perfect for what we needed, a place to stay near the secaucas junction train station. The outlets are nearby and a shopping complex is also closeto the hotel. The staff were so friendly to get to the city you have to get a train and the station is a ten minute drive away. the hotel provide a shuttle every half an hour the were brilliant they brought us whenever we needed to go even if it wasn't the time they normally leave.
所有评语 » proximity to bus stops..large closet which housed all luggage etc....restaurant on the premise....took takeout to the room(less expensive than rm service)...sm. fridge(not mentioned on website). This place was a wonderful place to stay and the cost was very reasonable. The shuttle service was excellent to the train station and would definitely stay again when in the area. Our stay was fine. Only stayed one night. We attended an Uncle's funeral in Secaucus. La Reggia restaurant was great. Had dinner and breakfast. Very nice hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and the free breakfast was great!. Breakfast Free shuttle to sister hotel, Empire Meadowlands Size of room Staff helpful. Every thing was good except breakfast. Good hotel for a reasonable price. Italian Restaurant and Bar. Value for the money. LocatIon. In comparison to other hotels around the New York, New Jersey area... the price was very good!. I liked the location and the friendly staff. Free wifi. Nice venue for a class reunion. Near NYC and airport. Nothing. Time breakfast was served(7am)...too late to eat and beat NY rush hour...hot breakfast was cooled by 7:15..execellent fruit salad though....suggestion....serve a continental breakfast at 6am for those who wish to leave earlier. Beds were a little hard but not unbearable. Some of your vending machines did not function properly. Beds hard Not always easy to get return shuttle, 10 minutes turns into over an hour!. none. Breakfast quality was poor and most of restaurant staff were rude. By accident, I took a banana from the breakfast buffet, which I finally did not eat. I was not allowed to take it with me, but had to put it back to the buffet. Incredible ... My reservation was cancelled and I received no updates about it. No email, no phone call; nothing. The free breakfast was awful. Eggs were soggy and runny, potatoes weren't even cooked all the way thru and the staff in the restaurant were incredibly rude. The mattress was the worst, I actually asked the front desk if there was a different room with a better mattress, they were all the same.... TERRIBLE! The free breakfast was cold every morning with the exact same food served every day. The rooms, for the price, are very plain. The beds are not so comfortable, very stiff. Also the gym isnt really up to par and has old squeaky equipment. For tv channels, there is not many at all. No refrigerator. A little complicated with on-line purchase during check-in. Room was paid for and I, and my wife, had to show ID and CC again. This is not standard for co-inhabitant. Desk clerk was not familiar with pocedure for on-line purchase with a group. Staffs at front desk 0 knowledge about every common enquiry. Not helpfull at all. We bought the wrong ticket that return from NY. We bought the Subway ticket which not access to Secauces at all. Front desk staffs never brief us about the transport. Staffs who serving breakfast very rude. Poor service.
