The rooms were quite large and well laid out. All the amenities, like coffee maker, coffee, creamer, suger, hairdryer, ironing board & iron were all in the room. Free use of Internet in the lobby to check in your flight & print your boarding ticket. Close to airport, spacious and has kitchen (nostove).Comfortable bed, but bottom sheet was too short.Hotel shuttle is appreciated.

Landscape & variety of flowers were enjoyable & fragrant. It was very. From the speed of the shuttle pick up to the booking in. The room size was great. Pleasantly surprised of the quality based on the low cost. close by airport. large rooms. great price. Staff was helpful. Was able to give us a room with 3 beds when we were a party of 3 single travellers.Breakfast was great. Just what was needed to begin the day. It was a good stay, especially for the price. The staff that checks you in and out was nice. There was also a housekeeper that checked to make sure that we had enough towels and soap. The location was good, not in the middle of all other hotels. The price was great and the room was large, with kitchen facilities. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included. Shuttle service to the airport was included with a friendly, helpful driver. Location was close to the airport and there is a free shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. Breakfast was good. The hotel was nice and quiet and there is plenty of parking. There were no rolls, donuts, bagels, bacon, sausage, or fruit. Hard to see out of the dirty window and curtains would not close properly. Short sheeted. We have no complaints. Internet was slow. None. Had trouble getting in touch with the hotel after our email booking. There was no phone number provided. We needed to inform the hotel we needed an extra bed as there were 3 of us. The website only showed rooms with 2 beds and we needed 3. You need to provide more information on the website or allow a more interactive approach so customers can ask questions and receive answers.. The staff does not communicate very well to each other nor to guests. The need to check with staff and guests to make sure all needs are fulfilled. It shouldn't matter if they can't speak English well. There are hand signals or gestures that can be used. I wasn't sure about shuttle times or how that worked. The bed was hard. We had to ask for a remote control for the tv. The morning coffee was lukewarm, so had to nuke it after running up to the room to get a non-styrofoam cup. Hotel is a bit old and things need updating (toilet seats, shower curtains). More utensils and dishsoap could be added to the suites with kitchens. poorly maintained (torn upholstery, awkwardly wired television), shabby interior, little food choices w/i walking distance. The hotel was a bit run down. The poor organization in the dinning room at breakfast time. Airport shuttle was unreliable - Bathroom sink leaked - No chain lock on door - Fan on heat/air source automatically came on and off throughout night. They do not have a restaurant as advertised. The rooms smell of old cigarette smoke. They have kitchens, but with nothing to cook with. Non english speaking staff couldn't even replace the kitchen bulb! after I gave it to them! Then I found that the dining room lights and living room lights didn't work either!. The building has no curb appeal. Walk up to second floor and there are two doors niether marked which to take. Tub did not drain after 20 minutes. Had to hunt for breakfast room. I eat all ththe foods that were offered but didn't, everything was so unappealing. They advertised free parking, but it turns out you only get 1 free nite of parking. When I spoke to the management they told me it was your website that was incorrectly saying the parking was available and free!. rooms need to be updated. the room is really stinky, looks like old-time rooms, the surroundings looks bad, window should be secured properly, the cups and silverwares looks old and dirt, CHEAP and poor BREAKFAST service, smelly restroom, beds are TOO SMALL, hard to sleep at night, CHEAP areas (no pool), and no elevators!!!!!!!! WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!. The hotel was very dirty and especially the mattresses and the couch. There were a lot of ants all over. Dirty nasty I would say. Where do I begin? The staff of one was not a professional motel clerk. The motel was not handicap friendly. The rooms, halls, stairs wells were not clean. This place should be closed and the owners fine and never be allow to operate this kind of business. Stay away from this place!. It smelled bad. Not a full kitchen. The stove was missing. Nothing worked; ice machine, juice machine, heater, lobby computer, vent fan, door locks and latches, etc. and the staff.
