The staff is great! I couldn't work the coffee maker in the room and the front desk guy brought me 2 cups of coffee at 6 am..the lounge with the free snacks and yogurt and water is amazing and a classy touch. The bed is a Simmons black beauty rest and I am gonna buy one because it is more comfortable than my temperpedic. There is a free pillow menu and Starbucks coffee. The in house restaurant is 5 star. I love this place! We were in Alaska roughing it for 2 weeks and this hotel was just what .
所有评语 » Our second time a this facility. We love the resort-style, park-like setting, spaceous and modern rooms and personable staff. It's also nice to have such quiet surroundings. The beds are extremely comfortable. Top-notch restaurant. Everything really. It's only 10 mins from the airport but is very peaceful. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable and the staff are delightful. Would certainly stay there again. Courteous staff, who made everything easy. Very comfortable room and beautiful garden. It felt like an oasis away from the stress of travel. Very sincere service that is beyond the normal expected hotel service such as we'll equipped lounge in each block. The resort is beautiful, on beautiful grounds, the breakfast was wonderful, free snacks were great. Comfy!. Lots of goodies. Snacks, area living room, and available dining room. Excellent welcoming desk personel. Great place! We could not believe it was at the airport. The food at the restaurant was incredible. The rooms are private, face tranquil garden, lots of amenities, the snack bar was great,. liked the complimentary snacks and choice of pillows. setting, ambiance, and staff were excellent. Nice location, great amenities, comfortable rooms and beds. Pleasant grounds to walk around. Unfortunately we were not aware (and were not told) that there were two weddings taking place. As a result, all of the outside seating areas were not available to other guests interested in enjoying the beutiful summer day and evening. Advisable to retain some of the ample space (much of which was not used) for guests. The lodge is actually a complex of buildings, connected by covered walkways that are nevertheless open to the elements, so if you are in an outlying building getting to the main one is a bit of a trek - especially in cold weather! Wi-fi was a bit temperamental, but they gave me an ethernet cable, so that was OK. The room is very well equipped however; the two secretary chairs in the room are out of sync and very impractical and obstructive. The free shuttle service was not very prompt and the male driver was not friendly or helpful. Acted like he did not like his job. Bell staff (who were in the lobby) didn't offer or seem the least bit interested in helping me with my luggage. And my room was some distance from the lobby. Nothing. There was only half of the dining area open for dinner which forces many to sit in the bar to eat . The menu is more limited and I thought overpriced for small plates The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking, the toasters didn't toast very well. Perhaps a few cereals, whole yogurts, fruit, bagels and a waffle maker. Ordered Lavender but none available. didn't find it sooner. First room was not cleaned and smelled bad (had to go to service desk and ask for another room). Certain menu items had incorrect ingredients listed, which is concerning for people with allergies.
