The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accomodating! It was very clean and quiet. I arrived in Savannah early and had no problem getting into my room early. The location was great, close to shopping, numerous restaurants, and not far from the Historic District. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast offered a nice selection of foods. The front desk personnel were very friendly. The room was pretty standard but clean and comfortable. When we went down for breakfast Saturday morning this lady with a big smile on her face said a wonderful "Good morning! Welcome to breakfast!" Even my 17 year old son thought is was great! I've never had such a pleasant greeting at any hotel for breakfast!.
所有评语 » The people here were so friendly and helpful! And it wasn't a "I'm friendly because I am paid to be", but it was a genuine, sincere friendliness. I would definitely stay here again. It was far enough away from downtown but close at the same time. Our room was clean and the air worked. No complaints here!. It was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip from NY to Orlando FLA everyone from the manager to all staff that we came in contact with. I like that it is close to I 95 and there are restaurants nearby. I like our room, the beds were made neatly and smelled fresh. everyone was nice and polite. very friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere. the breakfast was good too. Very friendly staff from the people at check in to the all the housekeepers we encountered. It was clean and quiet. The ladies in the breakfast area were so nice. This motel diffently had the frienlist staff of any motel hands down. Staff very friendly and accommodating!. Everything was real nice. Friendly, clean. all was great. The comfort. Everything. Breakfast was very good and staff was good. Clean. No significant complaints. There was a night when the air conditioning unit was somewhat load. But this would not deter me from using this facility again!. Parking could be somewhat tricky at night. I did not like that it is 20 minutes away from our function. it was too far from historic Savannah than I thought: I wanted to ride my bike. but that was my fault. Only one small elevator!! Waited so long for an elevator on day of checkout, had to take the stairs with all our luggage or risk being late for family event. Water pressure was weak, shower with "warm" water, not hot; vending machine on 3rd floor not working. This is not the hotel's fault, (I don't think) but when I booked the room, it showed it had a midtown location on the map but it was South near the golf course. I should have checked for myself, so shame on me. When iI booked the room ,I had reservations for one king room and one with two queens. When I got there to check-in the front desk staff said they gave my king room away. I felt like he really didn't care one way or the other. Need new vaccines or carpenter in halls. It smelled like dog . Nothing. facility is outdated. Space around sink is too small. One small elevator for the facility is frustrating. sometimes have to wait too long. Breakfast room is also too small for the amount people in the facility. Sometimes the cleaning staff takes the whole elevator so you have to wait for it to come up and then go down and come up again. No refrigerator or microwave.
