At first this hotel can be rather daunting, not the most glamorous site from the outside... But as soon as you enter your room you realize how nice it really is, huge king bed, great bathroom, and a nice living room!!! I would stay here again anyday!!!!. It was much nicer than I expected. The concierge was very helpful. The manager was lovely, she was really friendly and helpful- I stayed in a number of places in my trip around America and she was by far the kindest and most accommodating manager I came across.
所有评语 » The staffs are very friendly, and really accommodating. The Bart and the Tanforan Mall is only a few minutes walk. I strongly suggest the Inn, since the place is reasonable for the rate.Very close to the airport and a very good value. The front desk manager (Simi) treated me as a member of her family.Simi's hospitality was wonderful!!! Definitely, I will stay in thishotel every time I go to San Francisco! It's close to bart (SanFrancisco subway), very close to the airport, the prices are good andthe hotel infraestructure and clean are adequate for the price we pay.Very good hotel!!!. The fact that a shutle was available to take me to SFO at very early in the morning. Location near airport, fine-sized room which was equipped with fridge, microwave, iron and hairdryer - not usual for motels to provide all this.Nice big room-clean and close by the airport for our morning flight. The rate was very reasonable-over all very pleased with our stay. I was in San Fran @ 8 am with no where to go and Simi Joshi was wonderful and insturmental in getting a room ready for me by 9:30 am,.Fast and friendly service. Right across the road from a 24hr gas station. Only one mile walk to the Bart. The Bart station was only 20 min. walk away.it was really good value for the money. It was adequate.free shuttle to the airport, it,s quite from the city but good location if you want to stay next to the airport. Comfortable bed. close to airport, offered free shuttle. Good breakfast included. the area was kind of shady, but that was no fault of the hotel. Well the first room that I was placed, I find the way dark specially I check in at early morning. Quite a bit of traffic noise on the road in front of our room. Noise, but it's near the airport and I suppose one should expect lots of traffic noise, both immediately outside the hotel and from the sky. The parking is very limited and the parking lot is difficult to navigate.A bit worn down, but clean and everything worked well. Don't allow smoking in the rooms. it smelled like stale smoke.Microwave present but not a single ceramic cup, bowl or any other way to use it. No motel shuttle and taxi is $12-14 one way to airport. I notified the hotel I had a broken leg. This was ognored and we were put in an upstairs room with no elevator.we had to change rooms as the first one had lots of flies and cockroaches... not very happy!!!. tv not working ..had to change room2nd room no A/C. We couldn't get the shower to work so were changed to another room by staff who also couldn't make it work. This caused us not to be given an early morning call as we had changed rooms but our information was not updated. We were also told that we would be able to have an early morning breakfast before our departure. On reaching the dining room we were told it wasn't open and we were too early.
