Convenient location for city trip and Frisco airport. Offers free shuttle to airport and bart station which is attached to a mall. Has a variety of good restaurants at walking distance, among which the Italian was excellent. I am a Senior Citizen traveling on a limited Budget.! But, the accomodations were an excellent for the value of the money. They were really more than I expected and were Well within my expected Budget for traveling.!.
所有评语 » Staff, inparticluar, the afternoon manager. He was very accommodating, personable, and friendly. He could be a poster guy for your coperation. We will stay at your facility in the future. Very accommodating front office staff. Close to the airport. A quick walk to a number of different restaurants - Italian, Mexican, American, Sushi, coffee, etc. The Receptionist was very helpful on arrival. The location and free shuttle to Airport. Also free internet access.Also free car parking. The rooms were clean. The Continental breakfast was fresh. The staff was accommodating. I have absolutely nothing negative to state. The airport shuttle, the twin room was very spacious and the bathroom was excellent, the in-room wifi was good. The location, the price, the hot tub, comfortable room, the staff. Nice clean room, friendly staff very helpful and accomodating. convenience to airport Shuttle service. clean and good presentation. Price, location. Size if room Staff excellent Bay window Fridge Fan in bathroom Microwave and coffe maker Hair dryer and microwave New tv, individual shampoo and conditioner, not the shampoo conditioner mix. It's near the Airport, not noisy and the restaurants. close to airport, shuttle to airport. I did not like the night guy attitude, rude and argue we me and gave me a lecture about parking, and still yelling at me in front of others customers . not good. parking free and convenient. free airport shuttle service. Breakfast, very poor! However Starbucks is around the corner. The WiFi procedure was a little user "UnFriendly". Yes, it was free and easy to get on. But, the signal was Low and sometimes dropped. Trying to get it improved was not easy requiring a call to the ISP provider - not the Hotel. Attention to this was Poor at best from the ISP.!. The breakfast might include fresh juice. A bit of traffic noise - not too bad. nothing - maybe the constant traffic thro' the night. There was nothing that I disliked. The breakfast time until 9.30 was a bit limiting and the breakfast room too small for the number of guests who turned up at 9.20. The staff were ok but not great by american standards. it looked as though it needed a little bit of a refresher. Breakfast was not good, but for free what do you exspect!!!!!!!!. Poor housekeeping services. Coffee not replenished, infrequent fresh towels, hairy bathroom upon check in. The carpet was so dirty that after walking on it for the evening I had to wash my feet before bed, they were black. Air conditioner did not work properly, the tile and grout in bathroom on floor was dirty. The linen had to much bleach used. The whole room had a very strong smell of bleach. We had to leave the window open to air out the room. Less bleach on the linen. The manager wasn't helpful. We were taking bart and he did not offer their service. We walked to Bart and they had a sign saying they offer a ride to bart at the airport. He knew we were going to take bart and he told us it was afew blocks away. We walked over a half hour there and took a cab back. It was $15.00. Seemed a little worn, but ok to just spend the night . expensive for value. The room wasn't clean and the bed seemed very itchy. Same as above. No working shower, water cold, broken sink faucet, towel rod fixtures badly installed, sheets old, room smelled of cigarette smoke, (non-smoking room) breakfast just cheap and nasty, cold coffee.
